The house menu
Every recipe has a name and a surname
A brand doesn't cook here: Paquito and Espe do, with recipes inherited from Chon, Paquito's mother, and with the help of people we trust. Every dish comes signed so you know who's behind it.

The ones who sign the recipes
The family
In this kitchen, Paquito and his wife Espe cook every day. But there's a third hand behind many recipes: Chon's, Paquito's mother, who is no longer with us but whose touch still shows in every jar.
Abuelo Paquito
Lights the stove every day alongside Espe: his stews, his broth, his preserves... and his mother's recipes, which he refuses to let fade.

Abuela Chon
Paquito's mother. She's no longer with us, but her pickled mussels still come out of this kitchen, recipe after recipe, just as she made them.

Abuela Espe
Paquito's wife, and his partner at the stove every day. Specialist in slow cooking and in beef cheeks that fall apart just by looking at them.

The Box of the Month
Every month, a different selection of seasonal dishes, preserves, and a Galician treat. You choose the frequency; we light the stove.
Coming soonNo commitment
We didn't want to build a factory. We wanted more people to be able to eat the way we eat at home.

What people usually ask
Before setting the table
If you still have a question, write to us. On the other side, someone from the family will answer.
How does the order arrive chilled?
We pack your box with insulated packaging and ice packs. Shipping keeps the temperature controlled from our kitchen to your door.
How long do the dishes last?
Each package shows its best-before date and storage instructions. Chilled dishes usually last several days in the fridge and many can be frozen on arrival.
Which areas do you ship to?
We ship to all of mainland Spain. For islands and other destinations, ask us before buying and we'll find the best option together.
How does cooking to order work?
We don't stockpile dishes in a warehouse. Once you confirm your purchase, we organise the kitchen, prepare your recipes, and ship them to arrive within a maximum of 96 hours.
