Abuelo Paquito
Our story
We didn't want to build a factory. We wanted more people to be able to eat the way we eat at home.
Abuelo Paquito was born from the real kitchen of a Galician family. Paquito and his wife, Abuela Espe, light the stove every day; and behind many recipes is also his mother, Abuela Chon, who is no longer with us but whose recipes — like her pickled mussels — Paquito still makes just as she taught him. Every recipe on the menu has a name and a surname, and is cooked to order, with no warehouse and no shortcuts, to reach your table within a maximum of 96 hours.
We also work with trusted local bakeries for the empanadas, because we believe in recognising our neighbours' good work.
